Crescendo

A duet from my Flexible Macrame series.

Through these pieces, I invite polypropylene into my media, which is an environmentally conscious option that takes fewer resources and uses less energy to produce than cotton, paper, jute and canvas.

I love the fluidity and movement of this cording and when light hits it, it creates an opulent sheen.

Flexible Macrame was created to inspire the artist in us all. These pieces are what I consider "open ended art." They are meant to be reshaped over and over, giving the art new life, depth, dimension and perspective each time.
